I stayed two months in the signature two bedroom suite. What an amazing experience it was! The whole staff treated me with such great respect and care. Shikhar In particular was always so accommodating and went out of his way to make sure I was always comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean with great facilities and great access to the rest of Dubai. I had family members regularly visit me and they were also treated so well. I can not thank this hotel team enough for giving me this wonderful experience . Thank you so much!

My stay at the Fairmont Hotel Dubai was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with impeccable service and warm hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. The service in Fairmount is excellent. The staff specially Satish is polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. Congratulations to the whole team…Truly excellent service. Satish is exceptional and very attentive. We never had to ask anything twice. He was very tolerant of small alterations and goes above and beyond to assure our satisfaction. Bravo Satish 👏

I’ve enjoyed breakfast at many places, but Cascades truly stands out as one of the best! The food was nothing short of exceptional, with a fantastic variety to suit every taste. What made the experience even more special was the impeccable service Rodricks, Satish, Godwin, and Mahrous went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A truly memorable start to the say.!

The dining room is very dark and small, you have to stand in line for breakfast everyday and have to leave really quickly because there are many people waiting. The toiletries were not complete when we checked in the room and we were short of one bathrobe. The staff is very polite and kind and the location is good, but the breakfast service is not acceptable!!
