Fantastic Hotel with Excellent Service Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The service was outstanding, and the staff were not only fluent in English but also incredibly welcoming and helpful. When we lost one of our passes, they replaced it instantly with no hassle. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the park, and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated with original artworks displayed throughout, adding to its charm. Breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. While we didn’t dine in the hotel’s restaurants for dinner, we did order a room service pizza. Unfortunately, it was disappointing—both in taste and price. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice, especially for its service, location, and atmosphere. We would happily stay here again! Overall you can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Honestly, I couldn't fault the stay we had. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the customer service was great. The room was spacious, and our view was incredible. Perfect location with the train station a 5/10 minute walk away, with the disney village and parks being pretty much on your doorstep. We had breakfast included, and we were surprised with the amount of range available. We also dined in both restaurants for dinner, and they were both very enjoyable.

Fabulous experience! Everything was impeccable, with exemplary cleanliness. The room is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay: a coffee machine, a safe, a mini-fridge, and an iron. The room offers a magnificent view. A small detail that could further enhance the experience: the inclusion of disposable slippers would be highly appreciated. I highly recommend it!

Brilliant room, great location. One of our friend's room's bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly before check-in, and someone else's luggage got delivered there incorrectly. Also, we requested bed rails and none were provided. Also, a shame the pool was out of action and price wasn't reduced to make up for it. However, a great stay overall.

We had a very pleasant stay. Our room was dirty, but we got immediately a new room. This room was clean and everything was fine. At the restaurant Downtown, the staff was very friendly and obliging. All the staff of this hotel is just super friendly and lovely.
